HRM Software with Attendance Device Integration
Developed an HRM software solution integrated with biometric attendance devices to automate employee attendance tracking, working hours monitoring, leave management, and HR operations.
Developed a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) system to streamline employee management and automate organizational HR operations. Integrated biometric attendance devices to collect and synchronize employee attendance records, including check-in and check-out times, directly from the devices into the software. Implemented automated attendance processing to calculate working hours, late arrivals, early departures, absences, and overtime based on configurable company policies. Developed employee profile management, department and designation management, leave applications, holiday management, attendance reports, and monthly attendance summaries. Designed centralized dashboards for HR administrators to monitor employee attendance, review attendance history, manage employee records, and generate detailed reports. Implemented database synchronization and attendance data processing to maintain accurate records and reduce manual data entry. The system helps organizations improve attendance accuracy, minimize administrative workload, enhance workforce monitoring, and manage daily HR activities through a centralized platform.
