Developed an employee recruitment and interview management system using Python and Django to streamline the entire hiring process, from candidate registration to interview evaluation and result management. Implemented candidate profile management, department-based recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and interviewer assignment features. Developed role-based access control for administrators and interviewers, allowing interviewers to access assigned departments, evaluate candidates individually, and submit interview marks. Implemented centralized evaluation management to consolidate interview scores, review candidate performance, and support recruitment decisions. Integrated bulk SMS notifications to communicate interview invitations, schedules, registration instructions, and recruitment results to candidates. Added candidate filtering, interview status tracking, evaluation reports, and department-wise data management to improve recruitment transparency and operational efficiency. Designed the system to reduce manual administrative work, simplify communication, and provide a structured, secure, and efficient recruitment workflow for the organization.
